Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM (shop time). SMS notifications are paused during these hours to comply with messaging regulations (TCPA). Booking and inquiry confirmation texts that would arrive during quiet hours are held automatically and sent at 8 AM. Time-sensitive reminders (48-hour, 2-hour, 1-hour) are skipped during quiet hours.
