Booking Options

Flash Catalog Booking
Clients browse your flash designs, pick a size and style, then book a date and time on the spot. Payment follows your deposit settings. Nothing needs your approval first.
Custom Tattoo Request
Clients send you their tattoo idea with photos and details. No date is chosen. The request lands in Inquiries and you reply to work out the details yourself.
Custom Self-Booking
Clients describe their custom piece and pick a date and time. You set the price and how long it will take, then approve and send a quote. The slot is held for the artist's own Deposit Hold Length (2 days unless they change it on their artist card) while they confirm.

Before You Come In
- Bring a valid state-issued photo ID. You must have it to be tattooed.
- Eat a good meal before your appointment. Never get tattooed on an empty stomach.
- Come clean and wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area.
- Stay hydrated and get a good night of sleep the night before.

Choose how clients pay their deposit. Flat charges every client the same dollar amount. Percentage charges a portion of the booking price (e.g. 25% of a $200 tattoo = $50).

What's this for? When you or your artists share a personal deposit link (outside of a booking through the widget), this amount is charged for any commission artist who has not set their own deposit. An artist who sets their own deposit on their artist card is charged exactly that amount. Booth renters always use their own deposit.

Notifications
Texting hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (shop time). Texts to clients, and the alert texts to artists, go out only during these hours to comply with messaging regulations (TCPA). A text that would go outside them waits and is sent at 9:30 AM. The 48-hour and 2-hour reminder texts are timed to fit: one due after 6 PM goes at 6 PM, and one due before 9:30 AM goes at 9:30 AM, or at 6 PM the evening before when 9:30 AM is less than an hour before the appointment. An artist's 1-hour reminder text goes only between 8 AM and 9 PM. An artist's Today's Appointments text goes at the send time set on that artist's card (8 AM unless changed). The reminder to pay a deposit link, and the request a week before an appointment asking the client to confirm, are timed the same way with 6:30 PM in place of 6 PM: one due after 6:30 PM goes at 6:30 PM, and one due before 9:30 AM goes at 9:30 AM.
