• Sending booking confirmations, reminders, and notifications

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

• Message frequency varies based on your bookings
• Message and data rates from your carrier may apply
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Your phone number is used solely for appointment-related messages. We do not sell or share your phone number for marketing purposes.

• Payment processors (Square, Stripe) — to process deposits and payments
• Communication providers (Resend, Twilio) — solely to send emails and SMS messages you've requested
• Google — if a shop connects Google Calendar, booking data is synced to their calendar

9. Children's Privacy

Flash Booking is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Tattoo services require users to be 18 or older.

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
