By creating an account, booking an appointment, or using Flash Booking in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Flash Booking provides software tools only. Flash Booking and Von Striga LLC are NOT a marketplace, employer, contractor, broker, staffing agency, or agent of any kind. We only provide software to facilitate scheduling between businesses and their clients. Flash Booking is not a party to any services, appointments, or transactions between users.
All users are fully responsible for their own actions, bookings, and interactions conducted through the platform. By using Flash Booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent where required.
To the MAXIMUM extent permitted by applicable law, Von Striga LLC SHALL NOT be liable for: any services performed, missed appointments, injuries or damages, payment disputes or chargebacks, business-client disputes, data misuse by users, or any other claims arising from use of the platform.
All financial transactions are handled exclusively by third-party payment processors (Square, Stripe, PayPal). Von Striga LLC does not hold, process, or escrow funds on behalf of any party and is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or chargebacks. All payment issues must be resolved directly with the payment processor or between the business and client.

Von Striga LLC reserves the right to remove any content uploaded to the platform or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
You agree to DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, and HOLD HARMLESS Von Striga LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from ANY and ALL claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal fees (including attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the platform, your business activities, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.
Under no circumstances shall the total liability of Von Striga LLC to any user exceed the amount paid by that user to Von Striga LLC in the last 12 months. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Flash Booking must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Texas. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only.
You expressly waive any right to participate in, commence, or receive any relief from any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding related to Flash Booking or these Terms.
Von Striga LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or access to Flash Booking at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you opt in to SMS appointment reminders, you agree to our SMS Compliance Policy. SMS opt-in is voluntary and not required to use the platform. See our SMS Compliance page for full details including how to opt out.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made. Your continued use of Flash Booking after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Compliance Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Von Striga LLC regarding your use of Flash Booking.
