By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages related to your bookings, including:
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. All messages are transactional and directly related to your booked appointments.
SMS opt-in is voluntary. When booking an appointment through Flash Booking, you will see an optional checkbox:
☐ "Text me appointment reminders" — by checking this box and providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS reminders for this appointment.
Checking this box is not required to complete a booking. You will still receive email confirmations regardless of SMS preference.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying to any message:
After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further SMS messages. Opting out of SMS does not affect your booking or email confirmations.
Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Typically you will receive no more than 3 messages per appointment — a confirmation and up to 2 reminders.
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Flash Booking does not charge any fee for SMS messages. Contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is not guaranteed and may be affected by network availability, carrier policies, and other factors outside of our control. SMS is not intended for emergency communications — in an emergency, always call 911.
Your phone number collected for SMS purposes is used solely to send appointment-related messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
SMS messages are supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Availability may vary by carrier and location.
